When do you despatch the Subscription Boxes?
Our boxes are hand packed in our warehouse across a couple of days towards the end of each month, the date is will vary in line with our releases but we will give you an estimated delivery time frame a few days before your monthly payment is made on the 19th of the month. If there are any delays to the boxes you will be contacted via email with updates.
Once we have shipped your box you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number from Evri. If you have received notification that your parcel is delayed, please contact Evri in the first instance.
